We are here to reverse the consumption-based social media we have today.
The House is built on the Breath Premise, written by Daedalus Publius: your worth began with your first breath. Nobody here can add to it, and nobody can take it away.
This is a place to change the way we do things as a society and as a community. A place to do something new, not repeat the same bull shit.
We’re new, and we’re still working out all the kinks. But you’ll at least have a say.
We do not have algorithms. If it’s boring, get better friends.

+1, because friend suggestions only go one layer up: people your friends know directly. We don’t traverse down. No “friend of a friend”, no “people you may know”, unless you switch it on yourself.
We don’t filter what you say, except religion and politics: those stay out of the common rooms. Talk about them on your own page or in private. The reasons are in the Articles and the books.
And all of it. We do not shun those who are creative; we embrace creativity. We appreciate the art and the communities. If this bothers you, there’s Facebook.
This may not be the place for you. We are here to break the censorship molds. Freedom of speech, yes. Freedom to give false news or information, no.
We do not allow pedophiles, rapists or abusers. We are strict on this. A person reads every request to join, and ID and registry checks are coming to the door.
We do not screenshot and share.
We don’t run to anyone over a hurt feeling. We talk it out.
Harm isn’t a hurt feeling. Harm gets reported, and it gets dealt with.
That’s what we’re about. Everything else follows from it.
We aren’t the government. We won’t hide the Epstein list. If you hurt our community, it will be made public.
A report is signed by the key on the reporter’s profile. The room’s elected stewards look into it, and what they find is signed by theirs.
Why the report was made, who made it, what was found and what was done, all of it in the open, where anyone can check the signatures.
Post misinformation and you’ll be asked to correct it, with the flag showing publicly. Don’t, and you go back to posting on your own page only. Every decision can be appealed to a jury of members drawn by lot.
Time spent reading, watching and learning inside the House earns Demiurge, the House’s own record of showing up. It’s never cash, and it spends only inside the House.
