Your address, and roughly where it is
Your IP address, and the country, region and city Cloudflare (who carries the House’s pages to you) places it in. Your browser and the kind of device: “Safari on an iPhone”.
The House counts what’s read and shared, and keeps the addresses people come from. Here is all of it, plainly.
No ads, no one buying it, and nobody else’s trackers on our pages. What’s written down stays on the House’s own server, and only the House’s stewards can look at it.
Your IP address, and the country, region and city Cloudflare (who carries the House’s pages to you) places it in. Your browser and the kind of device: “Safari on an iPhone”.
The pages you open, how long you actually read (only while the page is in view and you’re there), how far down a piece you got, and how long you listened to the narrator. And where you came from: the site that sent you, or the share link you followed.
A visit is your address and your browser, with no more than half an hour between pages. The only cookies are the ones that keep you signed in.
So the writing goes where people are, and the pieces worth passing on get passed on. And to spot one person with many accounts, someone trying to get into an account that isn’t theirs, floods and robots.
Only the House’s stewards see it. It is never sold, never handed to advertisers, never sent to anyone else’s analytics. Cloudflare sees every visit as it carries it, under its own privacy policy.
Full addresses are kept 180 days. After that only the range is kept (the first three parts of an address), with the counts.
A sheltered room, and your own pages: your aliases, your drafts, your settings, your wallet and your journal. Nothing that would say who is behind an alias.
Want to see what the House keeps about you, or have it taken away? Ask a steward.
